Big Buckles

I have always worn a seat belt when I'm usually on my board, it seems fairer and more practical. My gf gave me this great loop and she wants me the door when I skate. It looks cool, but it is big and has a few sharp edges. We all clear after a while and I do not want to wound or hurt my groin if I fall into the wrong direction. Anyone who has been injured in this way? Am I just being a wuss?

Your not being a wimp. This can actually happen, but it is not so common. In fact, I was hurt pretty bad skating with keys, pens and pencils in my pockets. It hurts like hell when you fall down and jabs a pen in the leg.
