Briefcase Handles

Ok Chad Rogers Million Dollar Listing is a Nice leather bag he always seems to have with him. It keeps paperwork and it is not in it. It is brown and looks like it is quality leather. It has a zipper top and have no other handles or loops or anything outdoors. My question is what would this bag called? For example, a briefcase, shoulder bag, etc. I would like to have one, but have no idea what I'm looking.
