Bull Riding Belt Buckles

I was at a conference of DECA, and it was gone the last day. He had a mechanical bull. I wore my sweater cowgirlup, and he came (apperently it was a good horse because he had one of those big belt buckles for bull riding). Anyway, he started talking to me and tried to make me mount the bull, but I could not do a chapter of my daughter broke her arm. He kept trying to make me run, and talked about things ranch with me.
Was he flirting?
