Computer Roller Bags

I have several bags with wheels that have lost the good piggyback strap that allows you to hang a small bag as a backpack or computer bag at. I can not find anywhere a STAP "universal" that could run on any baggage. I found a strap on the Internet in Austraila, but the shipping cost more than STAP. Ideas?

We have been lucky to find these straps at Walmart. You can also check to Goodwill, a shop at the flea market or garage to save for cheap luggage tags that were intact. Contact or search sites Samsonite luggage company for replacements as well.
