Conference Laptop Bags

I attend a research conference, so i need to take:
- My poster (in a tube 3 feet long poster)
- My dress (in dress clothes bag)
- The sports clothing, toiletries, etc.
- My laptop
- Notes (so I can study at the airport)

What should I proceed and what should be in my luggage? I want my poster for my luggage, but I also want my laptop to my notes and continue. What should I do?

Well your casual clothes and toiletries must be verified def, with work clothes. Hon I learned the hard way not to put your laptop / valuables in your checked baggage. Because airport workers stole earrings antique my grandmother, the momentos I had left her.
