My backpack weighs 35 pounds, the ergonomics are entitled to the best of my knowledge. What can I do? I'm 25, a college student, and my backpack weighs 35 lbs. The pack is very good, it has silicon honeycomb in the shoulder straps and back. He also hip straps that serves me well and usually a chest strap for a walk across campus.
The weight comes from books, binder / notebook, water, and my laptop. The laptop can sometimes be left at home, but that's all.
I'm 5'8 "and 110 lbs, then the block is 32% of my weight. Please no comments about my weight, I am naturally thin and fit as I know. I do not have an eating disorder.
I dance and swimming, while my back, neck and shoulders are already very strong. The problem is, even with the shoulder, hip and chest straps in use and adjusted to give equal weight on my hips as possible, I am still of pain in the shoulders and neck. muscles tense headaches, stress, etc. etc. etc.
I do not have time to change things from the car between classes. Is what I can do to save my shoulders? "The only thing I can think of is to add some foam or something thick at the base of the package so that it looks, not by putting more weight on my hips and less on my shoulders .
PS - I've searched for this issue but this problem is not resolved. Most seem to come from the ergonomics and / or backpacks insufficient. This is not the case here.
Why don'tu try one of those luggage, a backpack that can take u instead of carrying it on ur shoulders. Try this and see how it goes for u.
