Do leather weight lifting belts really? Hello, I am thinking about buying a leather weight lifting belt when I am weight lifting and my back feels a bit weak, so it would suepport me back when I grow up companies and they work really well thanks
No, it's a bad idea to invest in a belt lifting. Wearing a seat belt because your back is weak is simply avoid that your return is low. Try to build a strong back / lower base so that you do not need to wear a belt. This is the best way for a physical balance. low back also tend to become painful, because your abs are strong, abdonimal muscles (the serratus least) tend to pull its antagonistic partner, if the ABS is strong and low back injuries are the result most likely.
YES
Each person who does heavy lifting, powerlifting nothing, iron stuff man uses a lifting belt.
each person who participates in Olympic lifting has on.
pumps .. not really, but yes heavy lifting.
I suggest if your back weeks, you start with the light, you should not need a belt, if you exercise correctly, start light, get used to the effort and increase gradually. I also suggest exercises for toning your back right now instead of building muscle, or it may be difficult for you to get right in building muscle on the back.
Lifting belts are in fact supporting the viscera (intestines) and not the back. If you buy a belt to ensure it is 4 inches around. Do not become dependent on the belt. Only use it for maximum lift.
They are useful when you are well trained and are fit and lifting heavy weights, in these circumstances, they will help protect your back. However, if you use one before reaching this stage, they will actually delay your muscles.
