How to connect laptop to print wirelessly from the PC connected printer. My MacBook (running OS X Leopard) is connected wirelessly to a wireless router, which also has a desktop PC (Windows XP runnning) connected (Ethernet cable, of course). The printer (not wireless) is connected to PC via USB. Normally, I could print by connecting the printer directly to my MacBook with the USB cord, but sometimes it is annoying. How do I setup a network so that I can print wirelessly from my MacBook? Thank you to everyone who can help me.
PS The router is a Linksys WRT160N.
add the printer software on your MacBook, then click on the PC from my printer.
Bonjour for Windows Installer (Apple) and it'll let you print wirelessly to your printer until the PC is turned on.
