Ms Briefcase

So I installed Microsoft Office to my computer and now when I right click on desktop and choose "New" options are my new briefcase and MS Office documents, then my question is ... Is there a way I can get the opportunity to create a new folder and how? excluding third party programs ...

This is a sensitive issue. Maybe it was removed when the installation began. I would like to see the Microsoft page for more help. or if your good check on your porccess window bar work.
