Orange Suspenders

News investigations planned in Orange County Sheriff's Dept. and jail division includes the FBI, the Office of the Attorney General of California and a sheriff's internal investigation. Acting Sheriff Jack Anderson, Orange County suspended five employees only after the publication of grand jury transcripts that showed Theo Lacy jail guards relying on inmates to enforce order while they watched television, slept, played map and video games, read girlie magazines, and engaged in cellphone text chats and conversations.
