How can I remove the dye has transferred from a sweater handbag white leather off?!? I bought a new handbag white off a few weeks ago and I just started using it. I went out with a group of friends and somehow the color red sweater a friend rubbed off on my handbag off white leather! How do I get this removed?? Please do not tell me that this is permanent and I wasted my money on a handbag for nothing. (
Dye transfer can be difficult to remove, the more the leather and the most aggressive of the dye will be more difficult to remove. You should try Maxi Cleaner (LTT) has been specifically formulated for this problem and if not then delete any leather cleaner and you'll need to call a leather technician who will use it more solvent, then recolor / finish what is necessary.
Use a leather protector of good quality (Ultra Protect is strongest on the market) is essential in a light-colored leather to protect against this kind of problem as all clothing, etc. will exude a certain amount of dye that the body sweats, and so this problem will only continue. Use a protective means dyeing NAWL sit on the surface can then be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or maintenance products
spray some hairspray on it will come out.
