Wrangler Belts

I am buying a 99 Wrangler, but want to be able to save three children in the back seat from time to time if necessary to install 3-belts in the back seat.
Is it a Fit 2007 3-person rear seat in a Wrangler 99 or is there another way to add a third seat belt?

The back seat of a Wrangler is too small for 3 people, even children, I had my two children in the back seat and they had no room for move.The the backseat of a 2007 is too wide to fit in a 99.
