Do you mean the bag itself or along small it attaches to the wrist? There are plenty of models for small bags of room. The easiest way is to knit a square, fold in half and sew the sides ... Use the buttons or a zipper at the top to finish. For the pork loin, I would say to a thin band of perhaps 4 or 5 points over how long you want it, fold it in half, and when you go to assemble, insert a metal o-ring to end. You will be able to find sets of them with more traditional tie-door keys to a craft store. Experimentation is always the best way to do something like that. Good luck!
